ACTIVE SANITATION
Villa Crespi uses a cutting edge system to sanitise the premises, one that is able to remove most pollutants present in the air. The cleaning of bedrooms is carried out using steam exploiting the natural energy of water.
PLASTIC FREE
We have considerably reduced the use of plastic, preferring eco-friendly materials, particularly for the packaging of bathroom amenities, now in glass. Our aim is to become completely plastic-free, to embrace and promote increasing awareness of sustainability.
BEES AND FARM-TO-PLATE INGREDIENTS
The age-old park in Villa Crespi is home to 5 beehives. This choice consciously celebrates a connection with Nature as well as this impressive species of the animal kingdom which provides us with honey for our breakfasts and desserts for our guests. Many other ingredients used in our kitchens, particularly vegetables, herbs and spices, come from our on-site vegetable gardens.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Low consumption LED lighting is used in all Villa Crespiโs rooms and public areas with a technological system of valves for both the air-conditioning and heating, guaranteeing that each guest is able to personally manage the temperature of their room and also allowing remarkable reductions in wasted energy consumption.
ELECTRIC VEHICLES AND WATER PURIFICATION
A sophisticated system of water purification means that all water used in Villa Crespi is vitalised; this allows or fmore natural food flavour and better tasting drinking water that is absolutely safe. Villa Crespi also has two stations dedicated to the re-charging of electric vehicles.
