Inside are some of the most iconic dishes in Villa Crespi’s history, including Raw scampi “pizzaiola style”, octopus water and Linguine with squid and rye bread sauce. “Inner Spirit”, on the other hand, is a menu with even bolder flavours and bold combinations. Chef Cannavacciuolo’s signature is always evident, and there is no shortage of carefully crafted wine pairings on both menus.
