We will welcome you with a flute of prosecco at the arrival and you will stay in rooms or suites characteristic for their Moorish decor chosen by Mr. Benigno Crespi with buffet breakfast served each morning in the restaurant. Most importantly, taste both the Inner Spirit tasting menu as well as that of the South to the North of Italy tasting menu. In order to make this a truly exceptional gourmet experience, we’ve organized a full day tour in the wine cellars between Ghemme and Gattinara, just 30 minutes far from Lake Orta with private transfer where you’ll get to taste some excellent territorial wines with light lunch.
